The Church of St Peter has been at the centre of the Caversham community for nine centuries. Maybe you remember your wedding here, your child’s baptism, a special anniversary or any of a dozen special occasions; or simply because you walk by it every day. Your church has long sustained people’s hope through trying times. And it also remains vibrant and inclusive, serving all age groups from the youngest to the eldest.
The Friends of St Peter Caversham aims to support the continued life, maintenance and enhancement of this fine church, where so many memories have been born, marked and celebrated.
