War Memorial Centenary

Sunday 18 May: Come to the community Commemoration and Thanksgiving for the 100th anniversary of Caversham’s first war memorial to those killed in the First World War. This unique war memorial was built as a chapel of St Peter Caversham.

Please join us at 3pm for a short service of remembrance and, for those who would like to stay, a Friends of St Peter’s Cream Tea.

The cost of £5 for the tea raises funds for Friends of St Peter who help to provide for the care and maintenance of this beautiful chapel and historic church.
