Leadership Teams have been set up with the explicit aim of growing the churches of the parish and are established as part of the governance structure of the PCC. Each CLT comprises the clergy, Church Wardens, church treasurer and some other members of the congregation.
Each member of the Team has an area of responsibility, such as worship, pastoral care, discipleship, communication, welcome, hospitality, fabric and finance. This system gives a firm foundation for its work as the CLT seeks to “grow the church” which is what is asked of it by the PCC through its remit.
The St Peter’s CLT has resolved to share what is being done with the congregation through the weekly email and by putting the minutes on the website; these can be found in the minutes archive.
