Lower Caversham Community Partnership

The partnership, consisting of representatives from St.John’s, Newbridge Nursery and Caversham Hall, was set up to help develop joint working between the organisations in order to meet the needs of the people of Lower Caversham.

The first project the partnership is working on is the development of Caversham Community Cafe, or “3Cs cafe” based in St. John’s Church. This provides a meeting place for local people where they can obtain reasonably priced drinks and cakes and so help to build community in the process.

The cafe opened for the first time on 6 May 2014.
